As everyone knows that education is one of the most important aspect for all of us. Without education a person is like a withered tree. But along with education, adolescence education is also most important to know everyone.
Adolescence education is an educational response to the needs, concerns and realities of adolescents but before the adolescence education in schools, it is very important to conduct the pre adolescent educational program and make the children understand the difference between good and bad touch or safe and unsafe touch.
Recent mishaps related to children security have proved that it is very important to not only take care of the surrounding of our children but also to make them aware about it.
Child sexual abuse is the worst problem of our society. Every day we hear cases of sexual abuse or rape. Many children has to become victims of this problem.
Though most of parents are educated today till they feel hesitate to talk to their wards on sex related issues or some parents cannot understand what to share with child as a result many children face sexual abuse.
Good or Safe Touch
What is good touch?
When we are touched by someone and we feel good about it like from our parents, handshake with our friends, the person who loves and cares about us, we feel good that is good or purely safe touch.
Bad or Unsafe Touch
What is bad touch?
That touch which makes you feel shy, scared, and uncomfortable and you don't want to share it with anybody that touch is unsafe or bad touch.
No Touch Zone
There are four zones of our body parts that should not be touch by anyone and not should you touch these parts of anyone else's. The parts are mouth, legs, chest, the parts below the legs and buttocks. Nobody is allowed to touch these body parts.
Your mother may touch your these body parts while breastfeeding or dressing you up or bathing you.
A doctor may touch you to examine these parts but only in the presence of your parents. Along with that anyone who want to show you adult videos, pictures and undressed you or they may try to undressed themselves or touch their own body parts in front of you, all such actions are unsafe.
What to do when someone tries to touch you in a wrong way?
➤ You should shout "No."
➤ Run away to the safe place or towards your home.
➤ Share it with your parents or your safe circle.
➤ Don't hesitate to share about any mishappening to you with your loving ones.
Tips for parents
Parents should teach their children few safety points
1) Never take anything to eat from strangers.
2) Never go anywhere alone with any unknown person.
3) Not to allow anybody to touch and hug them forcefully even that is your known or unknown.
4) Help them learn house address and phone numbers of both the parents.
5) Tell them that you are always with them in any situation.
6) Always be frank to your children.
One bad touch to a little kid is responsible for whole unbalanced life forever, scars remains. So, tell your child about good and bad touch.
