Along with salary also pay "Respect to your Maids"

Hello Everyone!! My today's topic is, "We should respect our Maids."

As we have noticed, even in the most educated and poshlooking homes, maids are treated as invisible  manner. The children call them by their names, we often call them that they are Malapert and all. When we have position and we are educated, we often forget that our domestic helpers are also human beings who need to preserve with respect..We should have Chivalry..

Below I have mentioned some points that how should we respect our maids or domestic helpers..

 Motivation

We all are performing different profession, but if we are not going to have respect by our superiors, we may be lose our motivation. In order to be motivated in our work we only need respect and dignity..  This is the basic human need in any function. Our helpers aren't different from us. So, pay respect to your domestic staff, so that they feel motivated and they can also regard us..

 Speak Politely

Never use abusive words to your maids, whether they are working full time or part time at your home. The timing issue is always a big concern. You should talk them smoothly and discuss the timing as you want.. Also make sure that your maids aren't exploited by any male member in your family. If you feel that there is something wrong by your family or your maid trying to do so.. Hire the new one, and make sure that this isn't repeated..

Remember your Maids aren't only your servants they are your helpers too, So pay respect to them.

 Saying thanks and Sorry

This is very important to treat someone in a good manner. This habit should be adopted by you and your children too. Be generous to your helpers, just because of them you are able to giving your time to your family and your work, So be thankful to them and Greet them everyday!! Also make sure that your children don't call them by their names, learn them to say uncle/aunty..

 Encouragement 

You should appreciate and encourage them for their hard work. You can do so, by giving them some gifts and bonus. Giving a day off for her/his extra work. Trust me this is the best way that you can boost up your morale of your helpers..

 Pick your dishes by own and carry them to the sink

If you walk a bit, It doesn't hurt you after having food,  in fact it's good for your health. So don't let anyone to pick your dirty dishes, this is our pure humanity..

 Do Timely Payment 

Give them salary on correct time. Don't cut their salary if they aren't able to come some time. Try to understand their basic problems.. 

NOTE:-  As we know, the Pandemic is still going on at most of the places, So please don't cut your helpers salary at that time.. If you are able to pay, then pay  them and do some extra help also.. As they already facing lots of problems🙏..
